We primarily hire social coaches and fitness trainers.

We do not! But, we do encourage volunteers that are passionate about their community and the population we serve to apply! 

We prefer to bring on Board Certified Behavior Analysts but consider all applicants regardless of professional occupation. We use this approach to diversify the mentors and coaches that we pair with our clients. We give preference to applicants that are compassionate, patient, socially savvy, and want to empower their communities. 

We prefer to bring on NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) CPTs (Certified Personal Trainers). This is generally due to ensuring the highest level of treatment integrity and substantially reducing the risk to yourself and our clients. 

Nope! We hire you on as a contract employee. 

As a contract employee, you make your own hours. You can work as much or as little as you'd like! 

That completely depends on your position. We are able to pay between $15 and $55 an hour. We are not a business that puts profits and revenue first. Therefore, we are more than happy to eat into our margins in order to ensure that you are compensated for the incredible work that you do.
